GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is the difference between a psychic and a medium?
A psychic reading is picking up information from your energy field and spirit guides to help you navigate what is going on in your current life and the foreseeable future. A mediumship reading is the reader being a conduit to your dead loved ones and sharing messages with those still living. Your dead loved ones can relay messages to help you navigate life's challenges and/or share experiences to show you that they are still around by demonstrating things that have happened since they have passed. *** Sometimes a psychic reading can appear to have a connection to your dead loved ones, yet in truth, the psychic is picking up on your own energy connection to your now gone loved one rather than coming directly from them. Lisa always recommends to start the reading with mediumship and then move into psychic in order to avoid a mixed message, especially if your client wants a hybrid reading (Psychic Medium reading).
How do I know what course level is right for me?
Level 1: Is for beginners who are interested in learning about spiritual development and practising their own skills.
Level 2: Is for those who have taken some courses and perhaps have started doing readings whether professionally or for friends.
Level 3: Is the certified level for people who have been studying and/or are already doing psychic medium work.
What are the different ways I can learn from Lisa?
Self-led experiences: Pre-recorded training videos from Lisa for you to watch and experience at your own pace.
Online courses: Pre-recorded training videos and live webinars with Lisa to ask her questions
Live trainings: Join Lisa in-person for her exclusive events in New York
Guest teaching opportunities: Lisa is often invited to speak and teach at conferences. While we include the information on our website, we are not responsible for event details or payment structure.
How are payment plans made for courses and trainings?
All courses must be paid in full prior to taking it. Installment plans are available for some courses with the understanding that final payment is made prior to the course. Courses paid in full all at once may receive a discount depending on course.
If I am unable to finish a course, may I get a refund?
All sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No credits/partial credit will be given if you do not complete your course. Courses cannot be deferred. Refunds only occur if The Psychic Medium Training Academy has to cancel the course.
How long will the course material be available online?
Beginning June 2019, all course material will remain in your student account for you to review as needed.
Will there be homework?
Each course will specify if it has homework and if and when it needs to be turned in. Certification courses will require ALL homework turned in. We understand that things come up and sometimes there might be a delay in your homework submission, just keep your teacher informed on progress.
How do I know what time the class starts in my time zone?

LOGGING INTO YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT:
Type in email you used to purchase course
Type in your password you created upon purchase
*click on forget password if you don’t remember and it will walk you through the process of creating a new one.
*Click on remember me and it will store your student password in your computer.
Once inside your account, you will see the MY ACCOUNT page. It is the library of all the courses and products you have purchased and they will be available in your account as long as you have a student account.
To see details within one of the purchases, click on view product and it will take you to the product page where the individual lessons and supporting materials for that lesson live. Any downloads are going to be inside the lessons.
Example: Course with four lessons, click on the link for lesson one and on the righthand side of the screen you will see downloads if there were downloads for lesson 1.
You will also find the live call information under the direct product. Click on that and it will show you the link to the call, and what time it is in your area and more information.
***Please note that live call email reminders are sent out an hour prior to the call with the direct link to the live call.
How can I access my online course or webinar?
Lisa’s online courses are through Zoom.
BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS:

There will be a quick download that will allow you access to the courses. You will receive an email an hour prior to the class starting with the needed details to access the session.
Please login 5-10 minutes before your class is due to start.

YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM APPLICATION TO JOIN FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
Click on the link provided in your email and follow prompts.
You will be asked to join the audio by computer - please join this.
You will then be put into a waiting room until the meeting is ready to start.
On joining the room, you will be MUTED, but please enable your camera.
*** Using ear buds or a headset is highly recommended to avoid background noise.

At the bottom of your screen you will have a menu bar if you hover on your screen with your mouse.

CERTIFICATION QUESTIONS:
What is the cost of certification?
$150
How long do the certifications last?
Psychic and Medium Certifications last 5 years.
Master Teacher Certifications last 10 years.
Thereafter, there is a recertification process.
When will I hear if I passed the course?
There are many factors that go into certification and not all happen during the actual course. Test readings and taking an ethics exam. We try and get results to you within a week of the finality of the requirements. *The global Mediumship Mastery course takes longer as we have students around the world and we try and deliver the results in unison.
What if I am not ready to test right after the course ends?
You have up to three months to sit for initial testing.
How many test readings will I need to do for certifications?
Most courses require 2 test readings. It is not unusual for your teacher to require more or less readings.
If I don't pass the first time, can I retest?
If I don’t pass the first time, can I retest?
If you didn't pass on your first testing, you have the following options: 2nd test within three months free, 3rd test within six months $150. Thereafter it will require retaking the course.
Note: Many people don't pass their certifications here or other programs the first time, keep practicing!
How can I qualify to be a Certified Spiritual Advisor - Psychic or Medium?
You will have to meet all course requirements of attending the full workshop, turning in associated homework, passing an ethics exam, and passing test readings assigned.
How can I qualify for a Certificate of Completion?
You will have to meet course requirements of attending the full workshop and turning in associated homework. *Certificate of completions are only for certified courses.
